What is included with personal training with Karen:

 

Fitness and Nutrition Assessment

 

An initial consultation will be done including assessment of current cardio fitness, muscle strength, and flexibility. Movement patterns will be observed to determine any areas of tightness or weakness which should be addressed.  Past history and goals will be discussed in order to develop an appropriate fitness program.

 

Body measurements will be taken and food intake and weight history information will be obtained.  Nutritional concerns will be discussed.

Develop a Personalized Plan and Guide Workouts

 

A personalized workout program will be created for you based on your current level of fitness and goals. You will be instructed on the proper use of equipment and appropriate exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.  Your program will typically include a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility training.

 

 Nutritional coaching will be offered to address your specific areas of interest and to compliment your fitness plan. 

Monitor Progress
 
Progress towards reaching short and long term goals will be evaluated and discussed with you. Periodic assessments will be done to continue to track progess and adapt your program when needed.  If you are interested in losing weight or changing your body composition, cicumference, weight, and or body fat measurements will be taken on a regular basis.
